夫婦2人が経営。クスコの広場から歩いて5分ほどと非常に素晴らしい立地。しかしながら坂の上にあり、なおかつ標高の高い場所ということでそもそも空気が薄いため、その点には留意。なお空港から広場までは乗合バスも(ノリと勢いと心の余裕さえあれば)行ける。しかしながらシャワーでお湯が最初は出なかった。そのためホテル運営をしている旦那さんに毎回連絡しなければならず、その点は不便だったかも。しかしながら、WhatsAppで何かあれば駆けつけてくれるし、マチュピチュに行く際にも荷物を丸々置かせてくれたり、おすすめの水力発電所駅までの乗合バスを確保してくれたりと、その点に関してのサービスは最適であった。

スタッフは親切。24時間お茶等が用意されているのもうれしい。立地が広場より狭い道を登らないと行けなく若干不便。私が滞在したと時はWifiが不安定だった。

We waited for an hour at the front door when we wanted to check in, nobody was there. Another Hostel guest helped us out after a while and called the owner so we could get our room. Later, we got asked twice if we want our room to be cleaned during our stay, we denied twice. They came into our room anyways when we weren't there. They made the bed but they also took some of our personal items that were on the bed, that we bought in Cusco. We sadly noticed one day later but never got a response from them again.

Excellent place to rest in Cusco. Very close to the Plaza de Armas. With a beautiful view of the city. I have to deduct points because we only arrived at 0:15 and nobody was there to let us in. So we had to book another hotel for one night. Breakfast could also be improved.

Hotel difficult to access. It is close to the historic center, but it is very difficult to find the hotel. When we found it, there were two locked doors, one wooden and one iron. You have to ring the bell and pray that someone will come down and open the door for you. We waited for a long time. I saw a creature inside the room that looked like a cockroach. One day the man at the reception suddenly opened the door to the room while I was resting. Luckily I was wearing clothes. The bathroom is shared. There was a lack of toilet paper several times. I do not recommend it for more than one night.
