A really nice hotel near the centre of Cusco. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Abelardo helped me with vegan gluten free option for breakfast and had something specific prepared for me. A sweet receptionist (Alejando I think) printed something for me as well. We had help with our luggage escorted at check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you! Bogna Zofia

Beautiful hotel and staff who were attentive and accommodating. One staff member, Carlos Velasquez, was most impressive. He communicated with my 2 granddaughters who are shy and reserved. His friendly behavior and attitude caused them to relax and enjoy their stay.

If you value good quality sleep or struggle to get good quality sleep, this is not the place for you. The room's amenities were fine but we found the mattress in two different rooms entirely too firm - it was like sleeping on a table. That aside, the staff there is great. The hotel is located in a good location. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety.
