Excellent breakfast. Restaurant with menu for lunch and dinner. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Welcoming ambience. Really good customer service. Make you feel as part of your family, trying to help you with every need within their possibilities. The noises are keep in the minimum for all guest enjoyment.

If you are visiting Cusco and want an authentic and peaceful place to spend the night, Munay Wasi is it. The layout is beautiful, and the staff are great from the boys making drinks, to the friendly desk staff, and the owner who was checking in too. 10/10.

We arrived in Cusco on Saturday the 25th and check in this hotel at midnight. We were greeted very kindly by the hotel hostess. During our first breakfast we met Jose the hotel administrator. This gentleman went out of his way to make sure we had some “spicy salsa” during our dinners, as well as making sure we were enjoying our stay, shopping at the best places etc. Honestly we felt we knew him for ages. The staff were very helpful, rooms are super clean, historical decor, we stayed three nights. The hotel is located near everything, plaza de Armas, Mercado San Pedro. On our last day Jose made sure he said goodbye to us or better said by the Cusquenos “until we see each other again”.

Great experience! The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel owner was there every day for us to offer advice and to make sure we are attended for properly. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. It is located close to the town centre and main attractions in Cusco. I dearly recommend it and i am grateful for their support and hospitality. "Recomiendo encarecidamente el Hotel Munay Wasi. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 15 minutos o menos caminando de la plaza principal. El hotel es muy lindo, es limpio, encantador y acogedor, con un ambiente hogareño. Viajamos como familia de 3 (mi mamá, mi hermana y yo) y el gerente, el Sr. José Guillermo, fue muy amable y atento. Llegamos al hotel desde el aeropuerto y necesitábamos salir en menos de 20 minutos para hacer el tour por la ciudad. Mi familia no había comido, y el Sr. José Guillermo rápidamente se ofreció a prepararnos una comida para llevar. Todos los días se aseguraba de preguntar cómo estábamos y si necesitábamos algo más. Fue maravilloso y marco la diferencia en este viaje a Peru. El personal también fue muy servicial, atento y educado, igual que él. Somos tres mujeres y nos sentimos muy seguras en todo momento." We were a family of three (my mom, my sister, and I), and the manager, Mr. José Guillermo, was incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived at the hotel from the airport and needed to leave within 20 minutes for a city tour. My family hadn't eaten yet, and Mr. José Guillermo immediately offered to prepare a take-away meal for us. Every day, he checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. He was truly wonderful and made a real difference in our trip to Peru. The staff were just as helpful, attentive, and polite as he was. As three women traveling together, we felt completely safe at all times."

My stay was very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and always greeted me by name whenever they saw me, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant usually closes at 9:30 pm, but when I returned from my day tour at 9:28 pm, not only did they accommodate my late arrival, but they also happily accepted my request to deliver my meal to my room. This was a big help since I was too tired to go out. I was also pleased to find coca tea available in the hotel lobby. Additionally, they were quick to assist me with currency exchange. Overall, I experienced excellent hospitality from everyone. As I was traveling alone for two days, I truly appreciated the care and attention from the hotel staff, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you so much! Nami from NY

Perfect combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet. And the hotel is blocks away from the historic city center. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
