Very pleasant reception, we felt very welcome and looked after from the start. The room was very good, despite being simple. Spacious, practical furniture, very comfortable bed and pillows, the private bathroom very spacious and complete. The best thing about the hotel is the location, very close to the center, 4 blocks from the main square of Cusco. The breakfast is very good, complete and the staff is very friendly. We left our bags after check-in until we went to the airport and there was no problem. The room is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom too, although a little aged, lacks a little maintenance since it is an old house. The mattresses that we had could also use a renovation. The price/what you get ratio is very good.

Dirty, smelly blankets. Bad shower, not heating the water. If you're lucky, get a room with a shower that heats the water. Very bad wifi. The service is very good, the staff are polite and attentive. But the quality of service left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend. I hope they improve.

Very cozy guesthouse with good distribution in the internal courtyard. The entrance door is a little small. Good breakfast area with a good or regular breakfast, there were days without fruit. But, they make snacks for us to take on trips that leave early in the morning with fruits and juices. This is very important. Rooms and bathrooms of good size and space and cleanliness. Just be aware that hot bath water can take more than 15 minutes to heat up. Attentive and efficient service always looking for a solution. Llegué un sábado a las 10pm y me dicen que mi reserva estaba pero debía irme a otro hotel por mis medios.., sin ningún mensaje por booking nada… me hicieron esperar hasta que me dieron una habitación que estaban haciendo arreglos todo el día con taladro… El olor pésimo de la habitacion telas de araña y cortinas sucias… Y el balcón que salía en la foto al reservar nunca exigió… Desayuno regular… Pero no se los recomendó ni volvería nunca además de personal poco capacitado.

El hotel me pareció bonito, con varios patios pintorescos. Tiene Caja fuerte. Agua calientito con buena potencia de agua. Servicio amable. Cerca a la plaza de armas y Qoricancha, Hay varias restaurantes, bodegas y farmacias en la zona. Muy bien pagado por el hotel, volveria. Mejoraria que ponga toalla para el piso de ducha, secador de pelo. y bueno pedi mi desayuno box, xq iba salir tempranisimo. Y por mas que avise 2 dias seguidos, No lo tuvieron.
