This was the first hotel I booked. I set up a shuttle to take me from the airport to hotel. I arrive 6:30 am in Cusco and wait for 30-45 minutes for the shuttle. It is freezing and I just got off a 24 hour flight. I taxi to the hotel (costing me double) I tell the girl that I waited and they never sent a shuttle and she never even responded. She ignored me. They had music blasting all night and it sounded like a rave outside my door. Being here as a tourist I was hoping for some sleep. They need to consider some people would like to sleep before 2-3 am. The female staff was very rude/ Male staff was wonderful/ helpful/ kind. Pros- Location was amazing/ exactly what I wanted. There was hot water. Beautiful sitting area and rooms were clean. Cons- Rude staff/ very noisy/ cold ; which is normal in Cusco for this time of year however there is an opening downstairs that if they got a door it may keep heat in a bit better. Prices for here sometimes were a lot and could be a bit pricy considering that area is flooded with Inns/ hotels. If they did not blast music all night/ actually sent the shuttle and never left me sitting at the airport and had nice staff would be a much better experience and place to stay. I needed to book 2 weeks and I did not rebook here. I also travel every year to Cusco and would not rebook in the future. I was disappointed. I at least expected an apology for having me sit the airport waiting for a shuttle they never sent.

Os funcionários são ótimos! Muito simpáticos e atenciosos , muito amáveis O gerente Richard foi muito atencioso conosco O chuveiro é ótimo, água quente muito boa Localização excelente Café da manhã bom A única reclamação foi a demora no check-in pois esperei 4 hs para entrar em minha habitação e foi oferecido um quarto de casal , sendo que a agência sabia que seria um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro !

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un diseño muy pintoresco, habitaciones acogedoras y personal muy amable, el cual cuenta con todos los servicios, aunque carece de muchos elementos de confort y requiere que se invierta en las instalaciones.

Muito bem localizado, funcionários muito prestativos e cordiais , boa acomodação e limpeza, bom café da manhã Vários bares e restaurantes próximos do hotel. Museus e lojas muito boas a poucos quarteirões A 1 quadra da Praça das Armas ,local de encontro de muitas pessoas , casas de câmbio e igrejas ( Catedral de Cusco e São Domingos)

Hotel in posizione vicina alla plaza de armas. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza e anche a qualsiasi ora. Gentilissime sia la signora Maribel e Alicia che ci hanno servite fino alla fine della vacanza Buona colazione e abbondante ( se si richiede si può mangiare anche prima dovuto dai tour della giornata). Venimos a Cusco por 5 días , muy buena ubicación a una cuadra de plaza de Armas , todos los servicios muy buenos como Wifi, calefacción, limpieza. Cada vez que salíamos de madrugada teníamos té e infusiones de igual forma al regreso. El gerente del hotel, Richard muy amable ! 100 recomendado .
