The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The beds and sheets provide a good night's sleep, and guests are welcomed with muña tea to help them adapt to the altitude of Cusco.
The breakfast is great, as is the service provided by the lady in charge, whose name I unfortunately can't remember right now, but a cake is missing from the menu.
The reception staff, Monica, Alfred, and Diego, are helpful, polite, and available to meet guests' needs.
It is close to the train station and also to the two transportation providers to Machu Picchu, Inka Rail and Peru Rail, which makes it much easier to board the bus to the Sanctuary.
To get to the historic center on foot takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and by app it takes about 5 minutes, and the cost is around 12 soles.
I only have one observation for improving the accommodation, which would be to find a way to minimize the noise from the reception to the rooms on the ground floor, considering that in the early hours of the morning many of the guests leave for Machu Picchu.
