El personal del hotel fue sumamente amable, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. A pesar de que el hotel no esta cerca al centro, hay muchos medios de transporte para llegar a el. Asimismo, el personal del hotel fue sumamente amable, y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

DM hoteles Cusco es una cadena de hoteles muy organizada que nos brindó un excelente servicio haciendo que nuestra estadía en familia sea inolvidable. El personal muy atento y distinguido que se comportó a la altura de la situación. El hotel está lejos del centro histórico así que no es el ideal si vas a estar saliendo continuamente. Pero si vas a llegar a descansar y reponer energías para el día siguiente -como en nuestro caso- está bien. El precio es cómodo 240 soles por una cuádruple nos pareció barato en comparación a otros hoteles a los que vamos. El desayuno es bastante básico pero para el precio pagado está bien. Lo que no nos gustó es el restaurante, muy pocos platos disponibles de la carta mejor hubiéramos preferido que nos digan de frente los platos que tenían.

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos 17 días en el hotel. Nos sentimos como en casa, excelente servicio en todos los aspectos. Agradezco a todo el personal del hotel en especial al sr administrador, al joven Raúl, sra. Diana , srta Lucy , sra Violeta que hicieron que nuestra estadía en Cusco sea muy agradable y satisfactorio y sobretodo cuando nos acompañaron a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo , un momento importante en mi vida.

Las instalaciones son buenas, amplias, limpias, agua caliente, la atención ideal, la vista desde las ventanas incomparables con el paisaje andino, desayuno incluido, solo que esta muy lejos del centro de Cusco.
