"Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Os funcionários da recepção, Mônica, Alfred, Diego são prestativos, educados e disponíveis para solucionar as demandas dos hóspedes. Ele fica próximo a estação de trem e também dos dois prestadores de transporte para Machu Picchu, Inka Rail e Peru Rail, o que facilita muito para embarcar com destino ao Santuario. Para chegar ao centro histórico a pé leva uns 15 a 20 minutos, e de aplicativo uns 5 minutos e o custo é cerca de 12 soles. Tenho somente uma observação para melhoria da hospedagem que seria buscar uma maneira de minimizar o barulho da recepção para os quartos do piso térreo, considerando que na madrugada muitos dos hóspedes saem com destino a Machu Picchu."

"Como muita gente já comentou, a localização é um problema pois fica numa ladeira, distante cerca de 15min da praça central (subindo na fé e pedindo a Deus forças pra chegar logo).
