Very good hotel, nice breakfast, good spa area, quiet rooms. Even the room closest to spa was quiet. In the room bathrobe, extra towel and slippers - all handy for the use in spa. Parking area is sufficient, two parkings one in the front of the main entrance and one in the backyard. Costs 10€ per night, but always spots available.

Reception: friendly and professional, efficient process Room: spacious enough for its category, nicely furnished, comfortable bed Bathroom: functional (little downside: no body lotion) Housekeeping: excellent Breakfast/Restaurant: fantastic view from the 6th floor, food and drinks average quality Pool/Sauna: a bit overrated in the description of the hotel, the pool is really tiny (crowded when 2 people are in it)

Wir hatten die 419, ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Meerblick. Neu renoviert, ein super Bad, top Betten und einen riesigen, drehbaren TV. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück gab es im Panorama Restaurant, mit einem herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, Alles war reichlich vorhanden. Parkplätze gab es es auch in ausreichender Zahl. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren äußerst bequem. Nur die Lüftung im Bad war etwas laut. Das Frühstück war super mit sehr guter Aussicht auf den Hafen für die Helgolandfähren.

Zuerst einmal das Positive: das Essen im Panoramarestaurant ist sehr gut! Das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. Der Service des jungen Mannes in der Hotelbar ist Excellent. - Die Begrüßung bei der Anreise sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer (wir waren als Gruppe da) sind zum Großteil sehr runter und abgerokt. Das Hotel heizt sich als "Betonkasten" sehr auf und die Klimatisierung ist ungenügend. Der Service im Restaurant teils sehr unfreundlich und überfordert, aber bemüht. Organisation sollte noch gelernt werden. Und beim bezahlen: unfreundliche, unkompetente, überforderte Rezeptionistin. Keine 4 Sterne, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen
