The hotel service is very polite. I will stay in a room with windows next time. The sanitary napkin and toilet in this room drain slowly, but everything else is OK.

I booked a suite room hoping for a jetted bath, but it was hard to figure out how to adjust the water temperature, the water didn't come out well, and the jets didn't work at all... Also, the toilet gets flooded when you use the shower, so you have to be careful. The security box was locked and couldn't be used, so it was a very inconvenient facility.
However, you can watch Japanese TV, there is an open-air bath, and you can choose a Japanese breakfast, so I think it's comfortable for Japanese people.
