It is located on Bui Bui En Street, so the location is good, but the room is too small and the cleanliness is lacking. I stayed for one day and then moved to another hotel nearby.

Hotel with a zoo. Renovated rooms, nice location, but animals in the rooms. We changed 5 rooms and in each of them there are ants, bedbugs, cocoons. Please disinfect the rooms and the hotel, clean the ventilation. This just makes me want to run away.

The photos all are fake. The room I booked showed sofa and big room . What I was offered was a small room . Total frauds . Never book this hotel unless you want to be scammed. The receptionist accepted that the photos were fake and not actual rooms

Great location and very nice staff trying to help the best of their capacity. Room cleanliness can be improved. I can see that the better communication with customers, great public relationships would bring the hotel to the next level. Hope to see this great place improve over time.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Gross rooms. Terrible customer service. Stay far away. So many other great hotels in the Da Nang area which are in even better locations like Celina Hotel. There are a reason so many of the reviews for this hotel are so negative.
