This hotel is shockingly bad. The review were all very good hence why we decided to book the hotel. Unfortunately the pictures online were far from the truth. When we arrived in the room. The whole place was run down and smelled like cigarette. We even found ashes. The room was very dirty and we even saw larvas on the walls. As for the mattresses, they were very very dirty and torn. The next morning we even saw the rooms next to us and they were all as run down as ours. Beware before booking .

Hotel looks Creepy! they have 13th floor which me any my friend was assigned (for our room).
maybe this is new to me but there’s a strange feeling me and my friend felt about the hotel.

Staff made no effort to make you feel welcomed. No advice on travels or anything. I’m not sure the beds had been cleaned when I took the room

The staff at this hotel are amazing so friendly and helpful especially Dan the doorman 10/10 ,the hotel was a great place to stay my only complaint is the wifi wasn't very good on floor 9 were we stayed, besides that I would stay here again the location and staff make it a great choice.

They updated my room to the room with windows so I can feel more comfortable
