The room was fine, many little ants, just like almost everywhere in Danang, also hot water pours only for a short period, than changes to cool
Unfortunately information support is not on a high level. The receptionist couldn't help me to check whether my planned route (suggested by Google maps) would work, disappointing

I came here earlier in the hotel and they told me to booked for another day because i cannot stay in a lobby and then i said it was fine to booked but then the one day they said it was more expensive to my booking so i tell them on how much i just only booked in online. Then they changed it to the same price on my booking. I hope they don’t to that overcharging because we are not familiar on how it works. And also the amenities that they have is nit working the refrigerator the aircon so i ask the stuff about it and i help him to change the refrigerator to the another. I hope they check every room first before they let the guest come in. And about the aircon is not functioning well i ask for electric fan so it will help the aircon to be cooled the room.
And one more thing they also changed the name of the hotel it’s better to let your guest know about this like doing heads up so they will not gonna be have confusion on it

There was no receptionist at reception when we arrived, only a night watch men there who can't speak English and asking for payment. I tried to explain I have paid my room in Trip.com but he can't understand and keep calling the other person on the phone and ask me to show the payment slip ,try to take pictures from my phone but he is using an old phone that can't take photo properly. Our flight was delayed for many hours and I message the person in charge while we arrived airport, yet no proper arrangement have been done to receive us knowing that we are reaching, that is disappointing and exhausting.

Very basic hotel. Amenities in room are basic. Plus point they even provide disposable shaver. Good for me as I forgot to bring. One of the tower have holes in it. Hotel lobby seems half renovated. Should be newly taken over. No pool. Breakfast is very basic.
Plus point location. Near the sea and away from main road. So can expect peace and quiet.
