This hotel exceeded all expectations! The sea view from the room was breathtaking, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. A perfect stay for relaxation and enjoyment. Highly recommended!

As a hotelier, I think the staff have a very good foundation. Everyone can communicate with me in English, and some one can speak simple Chinese. I want to say something about Jaed, We talked about so many things,we have been more like friends . Jaed helped me a lot,Jaed can see things from my position. And the local restaurant he told me , I go there every day because it is so delicious... I think it can continue to improve the IHG brand standards and Improve job skills standards. Anyway this is a very good hotel!

Beautiful, new, clean hotel with modern amenities and located right on the beachfront. Fantastic views and friendly staff. Amazing shower and super comfy bed which were the highlights for us after 6 weeks backpacking in hostels! However, the check out process was unnecessarily long and complicated (they made us feel a bit embarrassed having to check the room before we left) and instead of taking charges off the (hefty) deposit - voided this and made us pay again separately, which made no sense. Keep this in mind if you have an airport taxi on a time limit waiting outside!

The hotel is not far from the sea, and the place is pretty quiet for a tourist area. They offer decent breakfasts. Cleaning is great. The humidity in the room was very high though, and it was hard to dry our clothes. The water in the bathroom was getting warm so slowly that at first we thought that there was no hot water at all. And the stairs are terrible, but you are not allowed to go to the elevator in the parking lot downstairs if you don't use a vehicle. I am traveling with my old mom and was really afraid that she could fall from these stairs. I haven't used the pool, so cannot tell if it's good. Try it yourselves :)

After 30 mins drive from airport, you will be greeted with beautifully decorated receptionist and stunning view of the private bay. A buggy ride or combination of outdoor walk + funicular will lead to most room. If lucky, you may encounter the colourful endangered monkey during funicular ride. Variety is relatively limited however, quality of breakfast is outstanding. Dine at Citroen for vietnamese food or Barefoot for a more international flavour of meat, seafood and pizza. Food quality was outstanding and specialty coctails were interesting. Long bar was a posh spot for afternoon chill next to swimming pool and beach. Food and drink prices are on high side compared to Vietnamese standard or even similar resort in SEA. However, visiting the private beach (or bay) is really a treat! Complimentary cold water, sweet potato, and even unsual sunglasses cleaning service or cucumber to cool the face. Complimentary well maintained paddle board, kayak, Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Plus all usual beach facilities such as beach volley, badminton, frisbee but without crowd. Attended and very well maintained indoor gym with Technogym and a smaller one outdoor. There is 4K outdoor running route circulating the resort with 100 m elevation. Bed room and bathroom are luxurious and well maintained. The high outdoor humidity (October) and air conditioned room cause foggy glasses and blocking the nice view from bed room. After adjusting skin to outdoor temperature, relaxing on relatively large balcony with large sofa was a better way to enjoy the scenery. While my other half experienced the award winning Mi Sol Spa, myself and kid went for private tour to Ba Na Hill from concierge which was on high side compared to online travel portal. However, it worthed for business class car, professional driver and very experienced tour guide whom made everything smooth and trouble free. Complimentary mini bus to Hoi An was pleasant and well timed. Tried local transport Grab for diner outside and it was a mixed experience of efficient cost and feeling of less safety. Services on all visited facilities were outstanding and caused my wife considering a return during cooler month.

Great hotel with lovely views of the ocean. Staff is helpful and friendly and speaks good English. The rooms and bath were spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was superb with one of the best spreads, with many kinds of food for you to choose from the different stations. The pool & gym is great for a workout and and the rooftop bar is a great place for you to chill and relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and amenities are nice but it’s located in a more quieter part of town. If you prefer the quieter vibes then this is the place for you. The breakfast was decent and there was plenty of parking available for bikes too. You also get free 30 mins steam and sauna per traveller where you get the steam/spa all to yourselves (albeit a bit small)

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. Since I had some drama with previous hotel and cancelled the booking at the last minute. After that I found this hotel and the hotel provided me the happy 15hrs in Danang . The breakfast and afternoon tea is amazing . I would definitely choose to stay again in the future . Thank you .

We had a lovely week at Radisson Red! Some of the highlights: - Our twin room (cheapest option) got upgraded to a room with sea view 🤩. It was the first time ever we got an upgrade and we were so grateful. It was lovely to have a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, listening to the waves. In a twin room they allow you to have two kids (as well as two adults) as long as they fit in the beds. The beds are 1.20 wide, so that was no problem for us. It made it a very affordable option! The beds were very comfortable. We also loved having a fridge, a very hot and spacious shower and robes. The room was cleaned very well every day. We also received new towels, water and tea/coffee every day. - The staff was so friendly, helpful and smiley. Whether it was at reception, at breakfast, cleaning staff, staff in the rooftop bar or in the swimming pool: everyone was just great! After only one day they recognised us. Special thanks to Thao who answered all my questions before booking and Josh who was always there to help us at reception. He even helped me to print some travel documents before leaving. - We LOVE the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We spend so much time there during our stay. The pool is shaded so we never had to worry about sunscreen for the kids. There were lovely benches to relax on and big fluffy towels (no need to bring any). - Breakfast! Basically everything you can possibly think of is available! There is a huge buffet, but you can also order from a menu (which the kids loved, because there were pancakes, waffles and french toast on it). We really appreciated the long breakfast hours (6.30-10.30 and in weekend 6.30-11.00). Its nice just taking your time and being able to have another coffee with a pastry after breakfast. And as a Dutch person I especially appreciated the available cheeses 🧀. - We loved it that everything was so new in the hotel and the style is very cool. Lots of art to look at. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating options and there is always cold water, popcorn and some fresh fruits available for guests. There are 3 lifts and we never had to wait long to get in. - The gym is great (according to my husband 😆). Some small points of improvement - The hot tub has quite a lot of sand inside and should be cleaned more often. - Our room cards got deactivated a few times which meant we had to go to reception before we could enter our room. - One day the room wasn’t cleaned, but we asked around 16.30 and it was solved straight away. - We had dinner at the rooftop bar one night and the food and staff was great, but there aren’t many options to sit/eat comfortably with kids. I think there used to be a restaurant on another floor with more traditional seating, but I don’t think it was open when we were there. Highly recommend staying at Radisson Red! And make sure to include breakfast, it’s totally worth it. We booked on Trip.com (which was the cheapest I could find after comparing all platforms) and thought we got great value for money!
