房間可以説是驚艷。非常寬敞整潔。上面兩個卧室，一個套內衞生間。下面廚房客廳加一個衞生間。都是坐廁。設施很新。
床品清潔舒適，都是新換的，床墊很舒服。
位置和老城區隔着一個大橋，樓下有商業廣場，有一些燈光明亮的新飯店。步行20分鐘走過橋，往老城區，就有一些街頭巷尾的小門面飲食店，尤其是中學邊上的一條街，全是小店。有很多味道不錯。
晚上回到江這邊的新城區就很安靜。
樓下的室外停車場看上去不太可靠，我們是自費10元每晚放到室內地下車庫的。

房間空間大，很新，衞生也不錯。就是看圖片選的房型和實際有差距（不銹鋼樓梯扶手是實景，另一圖是攜程展示圖）。另外，建議衞生間放個置物架，不然洗澡沒地方放衣服。其中一個房間沒牀頭櫃，手機要充電也衹能放床上。
奧園廣場是綜合體，很方便。下樓出門左轉有早餐店吃醃粉醃麪。在河邊，過年期間放煙花的人很多。

春節期間第二次入住了。客服人員服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，公寓位置不錯，樓下就有商超，購買生活用品很方便。

房型可以.價格也合適。估計因為淡季衞生做的不到位.沙發上還有蜘蛛.蜘蛛網.頭髮.房間裏也有蒼蠅.蚊子.廁所裏面那種灰色會飛的小蟲子。腿還被咬了有點過敏。住三個晚上就補了一次礦泉水和紙巾.浴巾毛巾什麼的都沒有換過（估計要跟客服説才會有人過來換）沒有前台.下次還是住酒店好了😂

設施齊全，床上用品整體衞生好。但是，樓上衞生間下水道有味，房間瀰漫一陣一陣的異味，感受非常不好。希望整改提升。
