The reception, Fong was very friendly and helpful. she gave extra information on how to get around and look for good foods. She also told us to use hotel washing machine to wash our clothes.

Hygiene is OK;
The environment is a little worse. There is a KTV upstairs. They are still singing at 2-3 o'clock at night. The sound insulation is very poor;
Facilities, the bathroom separates wet and dry areas, why is there no partition door in the shower area? All the water from the shower ran outside;
The service is okay. I know that there is noisy upstairs, so I arrange rooms on the lower floors for customers. However, the sound insulation is very poor. You can still hear the karaoke singing upstairs on the lower floors.
Thinking of passing by for just one night, (the room price is about 150) the experience is too bad.

It's an okay hotel in this county. I wanted to go to see the room and the front desk said that I would be satisfied. It seemed that I was full of confidence. There was a free parking lot at the back, but the bathroom was not satisfactory and there was a little bit of an unpleasant smell. Everything else is fine!

It was my first time to stay in a hotel, and I felt that I could hear the roar of the KTV while sleeping. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep! I really regret not listening to the advice of the travelers with bad reviews and choosing to book!
