We were so tired on 12th Feb February and went straight to bed after a long drive from Sheffield. But this morning, after we came back from breakfast, my wife was going to make the bed and saw this hair. I did find some hair last night in the bathroom part between the toilet and the wall used to think much and cleaned before my family used the bathroom (this is what we usually do before using a bathroom in any hotel). However, when I saw this 13th feb mornning, I was so shocked and my wife was in utter disgust. She said she cannot shake the feeling that she felt numb. Our 2 daughters, who are 7 and 5, were in this bed. I am sure you understand what we're feeling......

Arrived after midnight as had landed late at Luton airport so just needed 8 hrs for shower & quick sleep. The bathroom was the worst we’ve ever seen in any Premier Inn and we’ve stayed in many. Plus the spare pillows in the normally sealed back had been used then placed back in bag. Was just too tired to complain and ask for room replacement but I would stay in the other Premier Inn in Dunstable as much better in every way. See photos!

If I could rate a zero I would. Racist night team member who tried to intimidate guests until he was challenged about his poor behaviour and then tried to act a victim . Rude, obnoxious and refused to provide his name. Gave me his managers name of Donna though! The room was set up well and spacious. Car park leaves a lot to be desired. There are potholes everywhere and the entrance is poorly lit. The hotel rooms are okay it’s just a shame about the staff!

Beautiful location where this hotel Is right in the countryside. Check in was very smooth with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are brand new rooms which are amazing so comfortable and big with all the essentials included loved the big rainfall shower. This premier inn has a pub attached to the hotel food very good and desserts lovely. Very good choices of soft drinks and cocktails.

Our stay at the Premier Inn was fantastic. The staff on reception are super helpful and helped with checking us in. Our room was on the ground floor which helped as we had our son with us. Room was clean and tidy and everything we needed for our 1 night stay. We visited the restaurant next door for dinner. The choice was good and food was really tasty. Great value for money too especially the kids menu. The hotel was quiet and we were all able to relax and look forward to our adventures the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here and also eating here. We went to Whipsnade Zoo so great location to stay in.

We stayed at the hotel whilst visiting family for Christmas. There were some good points about the hotel: the breakfast was very good, there was plentiful free parking. However, the rooms weren't cleaned during our stay (Christmas Day and Boxing Day), there is a lack of drawers or places to put clothes that aren't being hung up and in my room there were no clothes hangers.

We had a great (repeat) stay. The room and its contents were all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy I could quite easily have spent more time snuggled up in it. We use this hotel when we visit family and its location, peace and quiet and comfort suit us perfectly.

Second time staying here. It’s had a refurbishment so the rooms are modern and well equipped though it should be noted there is no air con so I wouldn’t book this in summer. Unfortunately whilst our room was clean and everything worked (not a single USB socket though after a refit?) our shower was terrible. Limescale on the screen and shower controls, dirt and mould on the riser rail, sliding door mechanism and sealing *****. I didn’t want to shower in this as I would feel dirty afterwards. I went to complain and was shown another room which had a marginally better shower but I said it wasn’t worth moving for hardly any improvement then a manageress became involved and showed me another room which was better so we had to repack and move rooms. To be honest after hundreds of Premier Inn rooms I was disappointed. Apparently the room had only been renovated a month ago and they had let the cleaning slip so quickly. Whilst we were accommodated in another room, at some inconvenience, I would have expected a gesture of goodwill given how the first room let their brand down so much. Our second room at the back was very quiet and the bedding was quality. The attached Table Table bar and restaurant is dated and grubby. Worn and torn seating and looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since the 90s. We had a drink there and we’re considering eating there but everyone being greeted was being shown a long list of the items on the menu they didn’t have. This, and the depressing overall feel of the place led us to drive 5 minutes to The Old Hunters Lodge at Whipsnade where we had a lovely meal.
