I recently stayed at the Susung hotel again and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern decor and immaculate rooms that offer both comfort and style. I visited for the purpose of a family trip.
It was nice that there were many cafes and restaurants around Susungmot Lake,
and the hot spring pool was really nice.
Everything was good, but the cafe employee on the first floor... She didn't even make eye contact when I asked her questions and didn't answer when I asked her questions... That female employee's absurd and surprising blunt attitude was the blemish on this trip.
