It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station.
It's on the outskirts of downtown so it's eerily quiet.
The room is basic, but if you're just going to sleep there I didn't think it was unsanitary. I guess it's within the price range for the area.
The hot water didn't come out well.
However, it looks quite rundown, and the inside is dark, so it takes a lot of courage to go in.
The manager was by no means unfriendly, but he couldn't speak English.

When I arrived at around 9:30 PM, I was told that the manager was not coming and that he had left the key to the assigned room at the desk.
The air conditioner was broken (it wasn't just a simple malfunction or a remote control issue, it was like the air conditioner itself was missing a part as if it was being repaired), the hot water wasn't coming out properly, and there was water in the trash can in the bathroom, so the building wasn't very clean.
