The room type I booked was shown on the app as having windows, but the room I checked into ended up having closed windows and I couldn't see outside at all. Secondly and most importantly, the air conditioning in the room was basically useless. The temperature was adjusted to 30 degrees and the room was still very cold. I was woken up by the cold in the middle of the night and kept sneezing. Furthermore, the soundproofing is very poor. I could hear people talking outside the room clearly and woke me up early in the morning. All in all, the experience is very poor.

The chairs in the room were not cleaned and there were traces of dried water stains on them. The inside of the toothbrush cup was moldy and had black spots. The service is good. The breakfast is average. The fried food is cold. The steamed meat buns are made of dead dough, which is a bit unpalatable. I think it would be better to change the milk to pure milk.

I don’t know if it was due to Ctrip’s past reasons that I was arranged to be in a location close to the restaurant and the road. I was woken up in the morning and couldn’t sleep peacefully. What’s even weirder is that there was a girl at the front desk who was changing shifts and kept asking me which room I provided her with the room card. If it’s still not enough, I have to tell her the name of the person who booked the room. I guess I need to show her my ID card before she can let me go back to the room. This hotel needs to strengthen its management. This approach is really embarrassing. I suggest you check the shift time one by one. If you know your identity, you can check the surveillance in advance.
