Pésima gestión. Reservo habitación para una noche en el hotel Hotel Neuwarft Ketelsen, a través de Dagebüll Turismos y me veo en la obligación de cancelar por Covid. Esta cancelación, a pesar de enviarme Dagebüll Turismus la confirmación de dicha cancelación, según el hotel la reciben con fecha posterior a la reserva, por lo que el hotel me quiere cargar el 100% del precio de la habitación, sin descontar el porcentaje al que tengo derecho por haber cancelado. Entre el hotel y la Organización turística no se ponen de acuerdo, a pesar de haber contactado en repetidas ocasiones con ambos para aclarar esto y con el ruego de que se me envíe la factura con el importe que debo abonar. Ahora recibo una reclamación por impago desde un bufete de abogados, no sólo no sin descontar lo que deberían, sino añadiendo importes por demora en el pago. ¡Esta es la buena gestión y atención al cliente en Alemania! ¡no doy crédito! Creo que soy yo quién va a presentar una demanda tanto al hotel como a Dagebüll Turismus.

Gute Lage. Keine telefonische Reservierung möglich. Die Zimmer im älteren Teil sind in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Klemmende Fenster, schwankende Temperatur der Dusche. Frühstück eher einfach. Wir buchen gerne familiengeführte Hotels, und sind damit fast immer gut gefahren. Neuwarft ist aber der eindrucksvollste Beweis, dass das nicht zwangsläufig so ist. Das Personal wirkt überfordert und verängstigt. Der Eigentümer geht mit Personal wie Gästen gleichermaßen unmöglich um und scheint ein Choleriker zu sein. Gäste scheint er nicht nötig zu haben. Beruf verfehlt muss man da leider sagen.

Wir sind aktuell noch vor Ort und können einige Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Man kann jederzeit nachfragen und es wird immer einem geholfen. Und das Frühstück ist Mega gut und wer hier was auszusetzen hat dem kann man nicht mehr helfen. Alles für ein gutes Frühstück ist vorhanden. Also wir frühstücken zuhause definitiv schlechter. 😀 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein sehr schöner Ordnung an der Nordsee der zum verweilen einladen tut. Das Hotel ist auch sehr schön und das Buffet morgens und abends wird durch eine service Kraft vorgelesen. ich hab hier an der Nordsee auch eine gute bekannte die ich auch morgen besuchen werde . Der Chef des Hotels war am Anfang etwas komisch zu uns aber nach einigen Tagen war er sehr freundlich und nett zu uns

Estremamente soddisfatta: posizione top, si lascia la macchina nel comodo e ampio parcheggio gratuito e si và a piedi al mare o a prendere il traghetto per Amrum o Föhr. Personale cordiale, forse l'inglese non è così diffuso in queste zone ma ci si capisce bene. Wi fi ben funzionante, colazione abbondante e anche qui personale gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Insomma mi sono innamorata di questo posto

Ein sehr schöner Ort und ein sehr schönes hotel die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die See Luft tut mir echt gut ich freue mich schon wenn wir morgen bei euch sind. Wir werden mit einem Reisebus der Firma Börner aus Baunatal bei euch anreisen und werden knapp 10 tage bei euch sein . Ich freue mich schon auf euch liebe Grüsse aus dem schönen Baunatal bei Kassel Jens Grede
