"優缺點非常明顯，先説優點：這個價位含早餐還可以，房間夠大，裝修比較新，洗手間有乾濕分離，有電動窗簾，但是我估計怕有熊孩子會損壞。缺點隔壁樓下就是KTV操，還有一個就是隔壁河道沿岸，很多跳廣場舞的，從這個廣場舞的噪音可以看得出，當地的幸福指數是非常高的，廣西最近這幾十年經過國家的西部政策傾斜，還有廣東的對口幫扶，變化非常大。這兩天去了馬山、隆安、大化這幾個縣城，感覺都非常不錯，乾淨整潔，市場超市豐富，特別是馬山的鄉鎮都比較乾淨，真是令人羨慕。就是有一些城中村的自建房建得比較亂，握手樓比較多，南方縣城的通病。"
