Kindest staff!! Very welcoming, helpful, warm and kind^^
After climbing Mt Daisen, my legs were sore and the wonderful hot Onsen really soothed and healed my whole body. It really refreshed me:)
Room was very clean, flawless, perfect air-conditioner.
They have me a ride to the bus stop after check out.
Overall, very satisfied. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The air was so fresh in Daisen, I already miss the air! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for your warm hospitality ^_^

The location of the hotel is more remote, due to the snow caused cars can not enter, to get off the car and walk to the hotel to find staff with snow car to pick up, but the snow scenery is beautiful, the mountains covered with snow is beautiful! I booked a room where I couldn't choose between a Western-style room or a Japanese-style room.
