滿滿的好評，位置就在景區口，100就進去了沙灘，老闆人真的太好了，我們帶着2個孩子，他不忙的時候還去客運站接我們，人真的非常好，做的菜也非常好看，住這裏吃飯也能吃，太方便了，會推薦給朋友，性價比很高，安靜舒服的地方，值得還來

各方面都非常滿意，住宿外圍環境，內部衞生也算合格吧，老闆的服務，餐廳阿姨的熱情周到，晚上還可以免費K歌，但是也有缺點，因為全部是木製民宿，房間的隔音尤其是半夜時分房間隔音非常差，當然主要也取決於隔壁住户的素質（半夜12點還在嗨聊煲電話粥放聲大笑，關門嘭嘭響之類）我們兩家人去的，兩個房間我們（就是碰到那和住户的）幾乎1點多才能入睡，我朋友她們説基本還好（就是偶爾吵到打呼嚕聲）。入住體驗還是可以的，希望老闆可以把兩房中間隔音砌一排實心牆，隔音好了我們下次繼續去玩還住聽海小築

1.位置偏僻，附近沒有飯店，去市區10km2.木製房屋隔音非常差，上廁所或者小聲説話隔壁都能聽到3.設施差，空調是老式定頻空調，睡覺會被空調吵醒，而且風對着床吹；廁所最多衹有2平米，馬桶花灑在一個地方

民宿位置很棒，旁邊就是景區沙灘，走路一分鐘就進去了，店裡有餐廳，老闆親自下廚做👍，價格也很合理，海鮮買回來還是活着的，味道也特別好吃😋
晚上的景色也很美，可以坐在外面很漂亮的茶桌上喝茶，抬頭就能看見星星，另外老闆還帶我們去看了日落，真的超級美！
當然也有一些小缺點，户外蚊子多，畢竟生態環境好，要做好防護😁

位置特別好，在鹿欄晴沙北門邊上。酒店有餐廳，食材巨新鮮，隨便一做感覺都很好吃。房間裏面挺寬敞的，感覺比標註的面積大一點，木屋有利有弊，帶個院子風格還挺愜意的。老闆人也很熱情，介紹玩的地方，岱山島挺大的，淡季打車不方便，老闆開車送我們去碼頭，總之還不錯啦。

是家民宿，島上民宿特別多，這家位置很好，就在鹿欄晴沙景區門口一百多米處，拿房卡買景區門票半價。木屋風格還挺有意思的，有個小院子，很愜意，就是晚上蚊子有點多。想吃什麼跟老闆講，海鮮都是當天現買，特別新鮮，家常菜做的味道很好。這個島沙質重，風浪大，優點是人少，商業氛圍不重，海灘人很少，拍照什麼的背景就是山和海。

房間超級好！！位置超級好！！走路步行就可以去沙灘玩看日出！！老闆會帶你去看日落！！做菜也非常好吃！！去哪裡都很方便！很近！！重點老闆説去那裡就和回家一樣！！！
