The ocean view is a lie ..
the rooms are small compared to the photo on the site
When I arrived I was put in a standard room when I had booked a superior double room .. then we had to wait a long time to find a new room without even apologizing! I do not recommend at all! The only positive point is the breakfast buffet this hotel does not deserve 4 stars

Very conducive, friendly staff, nice breakfast and environment is clean and hotel is accessible to all places you want to go as it’s in the Ville (city) center area. The rooms are also clean warm with fully air conditioning, toilet is superb. You can feel comfortable while in Axil hotel. As a guest this is my experience. I also love the outdoor pool.

I would like to make some comments about Axil Hotel! Apparently the management does not know how to use a phone or an email to notify of changes upon arrival!! So I arrive on the day of my reservation and this in the middle of the night as planned, very tired from my trip and the surprise my room is occupied!!! I am rehoused in a hotel of a very very inferior category, I have to move with my luggage again while I am there for my work!! No apologies or compensation, when I leave I am made to pay for a room that is not the one I reserved and I am told that it was charged to me at the price of the hotel of a lower category as if it were not natural, it is presented to me as an advantage!! Travelers will judge!! On a Friday evening without warning the hotel guests, a dance party is organized until 2am we could not sleep!! When in addition the windows absolutely not insulated from the noise give us the feeling of sleeping in the street as soon as the morning activity resumes!! I really say it sincerely this hotel does not deserve its customers!! a good mark for the little floor staff, friendly and helpful! the rest of the reception at the bar…0/20!
