Staffs were very friendly and professional. The resort is very peaceful and well maintained. The spa was a bit disappointing, I had bruises on my back after the massage.

Love this hotel, the location is so convenient just directly in front of the night market with various shops nearby its surrounding. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints about it. Service was good and the buffet breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Lat.

Classic, elegant, rich and grand, the front desk service is attentive. Especially since I don’t understand English or Vietnamese, I just relied on the translation software to guide me to get my ticket. It was great.

The resort is located in 5-6 km from Da Lat. It is surrounded by pine tree forest and it offers an Absolutely beautiful lake view. No noise, you’ll be able to sleep smooth and sound. We really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant had quite limited options of international food. But you can order grab delivery.

The hotel has a good environment and is very suitable for family travel and stay. The staff are very attentive and patient. The service is very attentive. The only problem is that there are few power sockets in the room.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

The location is very good, suitable for those who want to relax, quiet. Attentive and enthusiastic service staff. Hygiene is very clean. French-style equipment. I have the opportunity to come back next time with my family and friends.

Very nice staff, change room for me to same tulip branch hotel tulip 3, which is nice of them. Walking distance to everything from this hotel, it is in the main centre of Dalat. Nice clean up, with windows give good fresh air flow. It seems most of da lat hotels don't have air conditioner. So a bit cool late at night. But currently weather is perfect 25 degrees. There is a very big good cake shop a few steps away which open from 5 am till 1 am.

Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again.

The location is good, as it is near the main church and in the center of town. The building was built in 1932 and is very quaint. The elevator in particular is vintage and has a great atmosphere. Breakfast is included, so it is a good deal for the price. There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.
