The Manor Villas Da Lat

This is probably the most unusual experience when renting a hotel. I booked this place from January 7 to 11. I couldn't come on the 7th because my wife got sick, I applied for a refund and it was successfully rejected, since the rate was non-refundable, so I didn't have much hope. My wife felt better a couple of days later, we arrived at the hotel and upon check-in they said that other people were staying in the room I paid for and they couldn't accommodate us. They offered a room with a view of the wall, although I booked the largest room with a view of the city due to the fact that I was traveling with my family and this was the main criterion. Instead of 90 square meters, I got 30. The hotel didn't say anything clear why they accommodated other people, and no one contacted me, saying that my phone was not local, although I think they knew perfectly well about the existence of WhatsApp. They returned the money for 2 days, for which I was accommodated in another room, but they charged for the other room. Zero customer focus. The cherry on the cake was a phone call to the hotel at 12 midnight, when we were already asleep. The administrator decided to find out if we were the ones moving the furniture in the room. In general about the room: there are moths on the ceiling, but otherwise it is quite clean, but for some reason no one removed the moths from the ceiling even during cleaning, perhaps this is the authenticity of the hotel in the style of an old villa 😂 I will never set foot here again, but Dalat is super.
