Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is not quite in downtown but you can easily get to hot spots. The hotel is placed on a downhill so keep in mind if you’re not using vehicle. Some of the staff speaks English and some not, however it wasn’t an issue. Overall cleanness was fine, it’s only the bedding and towels that was a bit stained and old. The bed was fairly comfy.

Nice staffs and good location
I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English.
The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍
It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We had a room with a balcony and a mountain view, which was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Wi-Fi speed was comfortable and stable.

The hotel is clean and nice in general, but soundproof was terrible. It start to be so lound outside from 4am by other guests and you cant really sleep anymore. Breakfast ok for Vietnamese but not much choice.
We wont recommend for family with young kids because soundproof problem.

Would be good to have a hair dryer and water not hot enough for a shower especially in a cool weather place.
Otherwise hotel is within walking distance to town.
Hotel staff do understand simple English or just use Google translate which is very useful.
Thank you n hope to visit Dalat again minus the rain😊
