Special thanks for helping with the luggage. The thing is that not only was our flight delayed, but the luggage was not delivered. At my request, he called the airport several times to find out when the luggage would be delivered. In the end, the luggage was delivered almost a day after arrival. Do not fly VietJet flight VJ368 from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat at 15:35. The ENTIRE plane's luggage was not loaded and was delivered only a day later. There was a delay on this flight the next day as well. Only positive emotions about the hotel. The same guy ordered a bus to Nha Trang for us and wrote down on a piece of paper who to contact at the bus station in Nha Trang to take us to the hotel. Not the staff, but the courtesy itself. Iron, corkscrew - on request, no problem. I recommend the hotel. A small number of stars does not mean the establishment is of a poor standard.
