Convenient location close to the center, the owner is friendly and helpful. Among the disadvantages, I can note very poor soundproofing: you can hear everything from the street and all that happens in the hotel very well. There are not air conditioning and refrigerator. The owner is enthusiastic and friendly. My room is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the city. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise and in the evening, you can watch the city lights come on. The only minus point is that the hotel does not have an elevator, but the location of the hotel is very nice.
