It's like living in an old French style hotel. The front desk and everyone at the hotel is quite friendly. It wasn't too busy and everyone seemed helpful. Very good location, with a balcony and perfect for moving around Dalat as well. One outstanding place to be if you're looking to get away from tons of other foreigners.

Good experience at the hotel - Room: clean, interior is not new but all works well. Deluxe Double room has bathtub, stable hot water, open view. - Location: near Da Lat bus station, very close to Xuan Huong lake. The area has little traffic, so it's quiet at night. - Food: breakfast buffet, well-balanced dishes, delicious in the price range. - Service: receptionist, polite and friendly luggage carrier.

I liked the hotel: comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great location were big pluses. However, it is worth noting that the breakfasts seemed rather simple - an acquired taste. Otherwise, everything was fine, but I noticed traces of mold, which slightly marred the impression. I hope the administration will pay attention to these details. Despite the nuances, the vacation was a success, and I would consider returning here!
