Dalat Hotels with Airport pickup service

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

Love this hotel, the location is so convenient just directly in front of the night market with various shops nearby its surrounding. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints about it. Service was good and the buffet breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Lat.

What was good 1. Absolutely splendid location! Situated next to Tuyển Làm lake. The lake and the surroundings are breathtaking. Away from the city, serene and quiet. 2. Villas are spacious. We had two bedrooms, a sitting room, two bathrooms. Ideal for a family of four. 3. Breakfast spread was good, as expected in any resort. 4. Vegetarian menu was available and dishes were nice. We had lunch and dinner and it was good. 5. There are peacocks and peahen walking everywhere. They make the place look surreal, you may feel you are in a Mughal garden! What can be better 1. The villas seem to be needing more maintenance- there were nooks and corners dusty or needing repairs. The pool looked shabby! 2. The shuttle bus frequency can be increased perhaps. Currently three times in a day to go to Dalat and return.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The most scenic hotel that u have ever stayed in. Highly instagrammable. The scenery shots taken from and within the hotel compound produced are beyond words. Service is great. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to watch for creepy crawlies which may come into the room. This is highly understandable considering the environment it is located. But that is like once a while. Just have to check. Will miss this place.

Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again.

We have been traveling throughout Vietnam for the past 30 days ad Du Parc Hotel was by far the worst. The hotel is outdated and honestly filthy. When you walk into the room, you can immediate smell mustiness and sewage. Although they try to hide the smile with lemongrass. The lemongrass fragrant will disappear. No air-conditioning but a fan that can only be set on high. Mattress box spring is old and stained, maybe water damaged. Coaches in dining area/bathroom as well as on our room. This was not a good stay

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Sorry to say this was our least favourite place of the trip. Balcony room turned out to be a balcony onto a brick wall ( no window). Very noisy with large tour groups who partied loudly in the corridors until late - we got no sleep. Not worth being so out of town for. Everything very grubby and a poor breakfast. Also very poor laundry service- came back crumpled and obviously mixed colour wash so whites were grey. Cannot recommend.
