Dalat Phuong 3 Hotels

This is the third night and the third room in this hotel. This room is different from the room I booked. The facilities and view are worse. There is no charging socket. There is one charging socket at the head of the bed, and the other charging socket is on the wall at the door of the bathroom, which is at a relatively high position. It is not convenient for the three of us to charge. We have reason to suspect that this result (the actual room is different from the booked room) was caused by the intervention of a middle-aged woman in charge of cleaning the hotel. This is unfair. The fourth night was also booked in this hotel, but I finally cancelled the reservation and went to another hotel with a higher price, better room facilities and excellent service attitude. It needs to be reiterated that we are satisfied with the service attitude of the two male receptionists in the hotel. The only thing we are not satisfied with is the female cleaning staff.

I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China. Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights. Well done, The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations. Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet hotel in Dalat. Very comfortable beds, close to the bus station. Recommended

The bed is confortable, hotel design is interesting however, the swimming pool is dusty, dirty water unable to swimming and not warm water as advertisement cause disapointment. toilet need to be brush more cleaner at bathroom corners and drainage.

1. The location is far from the city center, but it was nice that there were no motorcycle/taxi horns because it was away from the city center. I took a taxi all day and it didn't even cost me 10,000 won, so I think it's okay in terms of transportation. 2. Cleanliness: It wasn't bad, I didn't feel it was very clean (the building felt old/the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned/there was a sewer smell sometimes), but the room was still comfortable. 3. Service: It wasn't bad, but I definitely made a reservation for the city view through Trip.com, but when I checked in, they said it was a street view and told me to pay extra to use the city view:: Fortunately, Trip.com also supports Vietnamese, so the reservation information was in Vietnamese. He said he only realized it when I showed it to him. If it hadn't worked out, I would have paid a lot of money. 4. The facilities are not bad, but overall there were a lot of Chinese people, so I went to breakfast a little late and there was nothing to eat at all. There was no noise from outside, but the noise between floors and walls was almost nothing. The passageway to eat breakfast was made of iron, so the noise was no joke, and the noise of Chinese kids screaming and making noise made me wake up and it was really stressful. Honestly, the view is pretty, but I felt like this place was Bang-by-Bang, and I don't think I'll visit again.

We had a pleasure stay at Manor Villas on my birthday. it’s a surprise by my beloved wife she arranged everything with one of the hotel staffs Mr Tu. Mr Tu provided a top-notch service as he made our stay smooth. just a bit comment to improve your cleanliness. the room’s floor was a bit sticky and there was a dead mouse just outside our room’s window. other than that everything was perfect! i’ll recommend to my family n friends. if i have opportunity to visit Dalat again, surely will stay here again. thankyou very much!

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more. The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, new and clean room.. breakfast I ate beef pho with delicious bread. next time will come back..
