Family-friendly Hotels in Dali

This hostel location is in old town but not noisy, convenient for shopping, dining and cafe. Beautiful and comfortable space, just too hot at daytime if u stay in the room, even though u turned on all the air conditioning.

Excellent location, big rooms, very clean. The best part of the hotel is the location inside the Dali Ancient Town, just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the old town. This is convenient if you are renting a car or taking cabs to get around Dali, as cars are not allowed inside the ancient town most of the time. The hotel has great views of the mountain and has a very modern look and feel. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Facilities: Bathtub, washing machine, smart toilet, overall good, disposable bath bags, laundry beads are also replenished every day. The only drawback is that the hot water is not hot enough on the first day of stay, the bath is getting colder and colder, maybe someone gave feedback on the second day and it was improved Holiday style afternoon tea: stayed for two days, no one asked if it was needed/when it was needed, and finally checked out without using it. Good night milk was also available after asking, basically it feels like the hotel pretends that it doesn't exist if the guests don't ask Double Minibar first round: It's just 4 bottles of common drinks of about 200ml (Coke, Sprite, iced black tea, etc.), and a bag of potato chips and a few biscuits Butler service: I guess the butler is new to the industry, and every time I ask something, I feel a little flustered, but it's also hard to help carry the luggage to the third floor Environment: The view is great. Living on the third floor, there is Erhai Lake outside the window, and you can see the sea view while lying on the bed. It's not far from Ideal Country, and the surroundings are relatively quiet, suitable for rest. But it's a bit far from the ancient city and Cangshan Mountain, and it's tiring to drive back after playing at night

We loved our stay at Ninganju Hotel! Right in the heart of the old town, it's literally a few 2 steps away from the action and 1 minute walk from the Dali Catholic Church. Surprisingly, there was absolutely no disturbing noises, since the hotel is at the end of an alley way. The room was great, amazing kingsize bed and even a bath tub! The breakfast was decent and aplenty, though it's the standard Chinese fare which may not please every foreign palate. Staff were super helpful and they spoke English to the best of their ability, trying to help out, since my Mandarin is limited. If you're a cat lover, they also have a couple of residents around that are super cute, Da Pang really lives up to his name!

The hotel is good. They communicated with me in advance about the pick-up. I stayed for two days and was sent to the airport. The breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. It is worth recommending. The sleep was very comfortable at night. The bed was really good and different from ordinary hotels. Red bean soup was also delivered in the evening. The service staff was very enthusiastic. It felt like a family. I will recommend friends to come and play next time.

The room is very clean, the environment is elegant, the service attitude is very good and enthusiastic, and they immediately took the initiative to send children's supplies when they saw that there were children. It's great! You can watch the sunrise and Erhai Lake. During the Lantern Festival, you can see the fireworks show organized by the municipal government from the window.

The hotel was very clean and well-designed, and we stayed in a room on level 3 with a superb view of the lake. There’s also an adorable cat roaming on level one. Service was impeccable! You are added to a group chat with the hotel staff where help is offered 24/7. We had to extend our stay by a day as we were unwell and the staff went the extra mile, offering us ginger tea and a hot water flask. Most incredibly, they even assisted us with ordering dinner which they brought to our room and then refused payment. We’ve stayed in many small boutique hotels but none with ‘butler service’ as brilliant as this hotel! We will definitely return again and again, and we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to this part of town.

Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

I took a few photos of the room with my children, and the outside of the room is no different from the promotional pictures. In short, whether it is inside or outside the room, there is no need to find an angle or a place. The photos are very beautiful, very photogenic, and very clean. The service is also very considerate and thoughtful. The driver who picked me up at the station said that the owner of this hotel is a rare and generous owner. He focuses on making customers satisfied and comfortable, and customers are the top priority. No wonder he can get zero negative reviews. It is really rare. Hotels and homestays in Dali are already very popular. Only such an owner can run the hotel for a long time. Rest assured to book, you will not be disappointed.
