This stay exceeded my expectations! The guesthouse was elegant and spotless, with a beautiful terrace. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. I accidentally lost my room card, and I thought I'd have to pay a replacement fee, but the owner was incredibly kind and generous; they didn't charge me anything, patiently helped me sort it out, and even drove us to the taxi stand. It was really heartwarming. The owner is genuinely sincere and fair in their dealings. It's rare to encounter such a warm host while traveling. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Dali!
