The owner doesn't says much but very effective in service and replies messages really attentively. He sent in all information we needed to know about the stay when we reached and travel information which was really helpful. Also, he helped many requests during our stay: carrying baggages upon check-in and checkout to our pickup point, baggage placement before checkout, checking and adding of amenities, picking us up and etc. Most importantly they accommodated to our bed adding request and upgraded us to family room without hassle and very reasonable amount. It was a very efficient stay and appreciate his kind help and assistance. Everyone at the accomodation seems very nice and greeted us too. Managed to borrow and finished a book during our stay, unfortunately didn't take photos of the room but it was spacious that can fit four pax. It was a very comfortable stay, accommodated to our needs and we got what we paid for. The hairdryer provided is a very good quality one. Location is very strategic but also away from the streets. Thank you! Also, the owner didn't even mention about writing reviews at all which is rare in the competitive market, these are just our thoughts.

Someone, most probably the owner, was kind enough to help us carry 1 heavy luggage & another lighter one. Would gv him a 5 stars for service if he had used a trolley instead of dragging the luggages through the cobble stones. Room smell of dry cement and smoke. We specifically requested and booked a non smoking room.

A friendly and helpful host,good location as it's in the middle of the town.The rooftop is well decorated and bless with a scenic evening view.The only shortfall is the toilet,not user friendly and kind of old.Overall is excellent,will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great service! The location is right in Shuanglang Old Town. The owners are so kind and helpful. They gave us some restaurant recommendations and always helped us carry our luggage. The room is clean and cozy. There is a rooftop area where you can enjoy the scenery.

The boss provided good service. He contacted me in advance before check-in to inform me of the drop-off location, and he would come out to pick me up when I arrived. The room was very good and well-equipped. The boss responded to any questions during the stay in a timely manner. It was a very satisfactory stay.

This B&B is a real treasure! It is located in the ancient town, with convenient food and attractions nearby. The room is warm and comfortable, and the owner is warm and thoughtful. I must recommend it! There is also a cute ragdoll cat
