very beautiful hotel with nice location next to the erhai lake. very friendly staff always ready to help us. 👍🏻👍🏻 they also has beautiful rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the lake view. 😍😍

Really satisfied staying here! The place is beautiful & the service is great. My package includes in-house afternoon tea and pickup service. The location is perfect, besides erhai lake, famous xindi cafe and dali oldtown. Easy to find halal food as well, it near to muslim street. Wish to come again.

Room was q big however there was a lot of house flies. There is a rooftop terrace which has great view of erhai in the day and stars at night. Our booking came with free bicycle rental and afternoon tea which was not bad. We informed them late and they were unable to send us to the train station however they booked a didi for us.

View of erhai lake was amazing, but family room did not have this view. The host arranged for station pick up which was great! Had a decent stay.

Room were relatively big for two with a big window overseeing the lake. There were strands of hair in the bathroom and the sofa when we entered the room but overall, its clean. Unfortunately, we didn't get to have their welcome tea set as I think one of the staff who was working in the bar forgotten our orders though we were asked to placed our orders once we entered the room and we went down earlier just to make sure, we were there on time when the tea sets are served. We then told them about our orders again as we needed to show them where we were seated at, we waited approximately 40 minutes but nothing was served and we checked and she still needed 5 minutes but we had to rush out exploring as we reached a little later and the sun was setting already. So maybe next time! View was goooood!! Breakfast was good too, I personally enjoyed it! It can be a little confusing to find the hotel, so make sure to ask for directions before or upon arrival :)
