老闆自己打掃的衞生很乾凈，個人比較注意角落也打掃得很乾凈。床墊很軟，晚上回來老闆還特地給孩子準備了零食，價格很實惠。附近去雲想山很近，會推薦給朋友。

店主很好，會給推薦路線和提前溝通，辦理入住很快，房間很整潔乾淨，洗漱用品準備很齊全，關鍵是離洱海特別近，下次來大理還會住這家，行程太趕沒有拍入住照片，但是和圖片上完全一致，下附一張在店附近拍的洱海

小院位置離洱海邊大概500米，帶着小朋友去洱海玩水，玩石頭，玩沙，都不捨得離開的，距離大理高鐵站打車就起步價就到了，還在機場路上，出行很方便。院子很安靜，乾淨，房東很熱情好客。去大理遊玩時不錯的住宿選擇
