I had a truly wonderful stay at Dali Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. Was really happy with this place. We stayed in a deluxe room which included multiple living rooms and a HUGE rooftop terrace, which was amazing for reading, having coffee, etc. The service was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Only a couple of negatives: very limited English from the staff and it's a bit far from renmin road (about 20-25 minute walk).
Overall: 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice hotel situated just outside the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and also has some basic gym facilities. Good value for money.

We love this hotel because it's near the ancient city (10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi). It has a pool and the breakfast is great. You can also enjoy the mountain view from their rooftop. The only downside is that no one understand English, only one lady with limited word. But we can always use a translator to communicate. You can also find many restaurants near the hotel.

Amazingly beautiful hotel! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The gym could use an upgrade , but the pool was great ! I love Chinese food , but the breakfast was just okay for me. I’d stay here again 😃

The hotel itself is fine. Nice, new-ish, not too far from fun things. The breakfast was very nice.
But the service was really weird. The staff seemed like they wanted to help but didn’t know how. Simple things became big things. They couldn’t find our reservation and even after we showed them on trip.com and sent them booking numbers it just seemed too hard. They sent our “welcome fruit” on the night before we were leaving (4night stay). It was just a difficult place to get the simplest things. I hope they can look at the way they work and become a better place to stay.
