It take me sometime to look for hotel in xizhou area until I found Cloudscape Haven and my decision was right. I am glad to stay at this beautiful hotel. The design is well decorated with taste and selection is well chosen. The lobby has a bar area area and tea area. The location is at a peaceful area and approx 10 to 15min drive from Xizhou Ancient Town. The rooms are beautiful and big, very clean and comfortable. Boss扎西顿珠greet us at the entrance with a warm welcome. He is really caring person and advise us to take care of our health. Service staff梅子 also gave us a sweet smile introduce us the hotel and recommend us good food around the area. You guys service is awesome. I really love staying at this peaceful hotel and surely highly recommend. The breakfast is good with healthy spread. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly—so much so that they added us on WeChat and even told us to inform them if we were returning late, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room looked exactly like the pictures—super clean, cozy, and comfortable, with plush beds and all the amenities we needed. We couldn't find any flaws! 😊 The location was pretty convenient, just a 10-minute ride to 喜洲古镇, which was perfect for exploring. The owner was especially kind, making sure we felt safe and not scammed—really appreciated their genuine care. Overall, this place is gold, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and hassle-free stay!
