A special shout out to Alisa . Tremendously courteous, friendly and informative . Love this chain of hotel so much so that I have booked the same hotel for my entire journey in Yunnan. Location was superb near Erhai and big shopping mall. Room was amazing with some kitchenette, and most importantly was washing machine and dryer is provided by hotel . I will definitely come back to stay again.

有接機服務，司機提前到機場等我們，我們的航班提前到達司機已經在了，很人性化。第一天晚上還送了水果和酸奶，早餐也還可以。酒店附近有愛琴海購物中心，吃飯很方便，洱海月濕地公園離得也不遠，比較小眾，適合散步。但有兩點美中不足，一個是隔音非常差，隔壁小孩早上七八點、晚上九十點一直哭鬧，聲音近得就像在耳邊一樣，另一邊住了一對情侶，運動聲音一清二楚；還有一個是房間有股味道。

酒店離市區比較近，過了馬路就是濕地公園，附近有購物中心，吃的喝的都有，很方便。床和枕頭太舒服啦，酒店的早餐品種很豐富，味道也好。就是酒店太新了，有些氣味，不過開着窗户也還好。
