We booked Mercure for five nights. Our stay there was very pleasant. Our room was sparkingly clean. Thanks to its high standard housekeeping. The service at the breakfast dining hall was excellent. The servers were very attentive. As for location, it's not far from Dali Ancient Town and Cangshan. I highly recommend Mercure to all visitors to Dali.

入住辦理流暢，工作人員有引導。進房間後發生一點小插曲，奈何接二連三不止一個小插曲，無奈換房。期間工作人員處理都很及時到位，也有贈送水果作為安撫。前台升級了房型，進房間後因由前例認真檢查了房間，仍然有以下問題存在：1.冰箱內非常大一股榴蓮味，應是上個客人存放後酒店未及時除味導致。2.因為有前一間房做對比，浴巾與地巾掛反了；本該有兩個擦鞋布衹有一個也是東倒西歪在抽屜裏。3.熱水壺內還有殘留的水。習慣好評，外出都習慣住美居，服務人員第二天換班退房時也沒有交接清楚，退房時連問候都沒有。

到大理臨時定的房間，到店後升級了景觀房，超讚，在酒店就看到了日出，適合懶人。小雨還有彩虹，酒店前面就是蒼洱大道，好多打卡的。酒店服務人員也很熱情，自駕停車方便，衞生條件也不錯，贊

設施：新店開業，但設施很完備～衞生：第一天衞生間稍稍有一丟丟味道，其他都很棒、瑕不掩瑜～環境：位置超級好，出門就是網紅打卡點蒼洱大道，房間視野極好，臨古城但不算太近，交通便利，但不堵車～服務：服務超級棒，送了早餐，早餐也很棒～沒車了，停在路邊車位服務員幫忙付了停車費，服務周到熱情，還送了伴手禮～好評

過來大理旅遊的，在蒼洱大道旁邊路過選擇了這家酒店，酒店的表現超出了我的預期！大堂氣派，房間豪華且舒適。還帶了一個陽台，可以欣賞到蒼山洱海的美景，晚上有很漂亮的漁燈可以看見，服務人員訓練有素，響應迅速。酒店的早餐也讓我回味無窮。總之，這是一家非常出色的酒店，非常滿意值得點贊！
