民宿在別墅區裏，整體環境不錯，院子裏有很多植物。房間寬敞，有落地窗和小陽台，可以看到洱海，洗手間有浴缸和乾濕分離。位置離中和索道比較近，旁邊還有崇聖寺三塔。
老闆一家人很好也很熱情，早餐是自己做的口味不會像外面比較鹹或辣。
