I returned to Yunnan for the New Year after a long absence, and I had been traveling to other places for about a week before that, so I had a lot of luggage, two large suitcases, one small suitcase, and two or three handbags. I contacted the hotel in advance to make an appointment for airport pick-up. After the guy who picked me up found me, he directly took over all the boxes. When we arrived at the community, he also explained in detail how to enter and exit the community and what precautions to pay attention to. The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning heated up quickly, and a rich variety of fruit drinks were provided as a treat after check-in. Because I needed to borrow the refrigerator to refrigerate some things, the receptionist specially prepared a space for me to store them. I am really grateful. On the day I left, there was a rare heavy snowfall in Dali in more than 10 years. The receptionist even helped me deliver my luggage to the gate of the community and waited with me for the arrival of the online-hailing car. I am very satisfied with this stay. I think this will be my first choice of place to stay when I come to Dali in the future 😍
