Hotel was really great, hotel came out the pick us and helped with our luggages. Their service was top notch, especially 小刚 our butler. Hotel is in the middle of the city which makes it very convenient as there's shops and food just right outside the hotel. Great view as well, would definitely recommend for friends and families.

This was incredibly beautiful that we did not want to leave. This is a place we will recommend to everyone coming to Dali to stay at!!
Immaculate service, terrific views, beautifully furnished rooms, the warm milk at night, the brand name devices in the rooms, the delicious breakfast, enthusiastic service from staff (special shoutout to 小星!), the photography session - we loved it so much we will definitely come back and stay here again! The attention to detail - eg. providing warm bottled water and warm dessert at night - was much appreciated!
We did basically nothing on our second day except lounge around our room and stroll along Shuanglang ancient village. We stayed in 7 hotels / guesthouses on our Yunnan trip this time and this was by far our favourite.

We stayed 2 nights at this fabulous hotel. From the time we booked the hotel, they were very proactive. Connected on wechat prior to our trip and started to engage us, giving us important information and advice before, during and throughout our stay here making it a very comfortable and enjoyable one! The 店长 (moved here from Chongqing more than 10 years ago) gave us a brief intro abt and around the hotel during our short 5 min walk to the hotel from the designated pickup point where the hotel picked up our luggage. Apparently the hotel was refurnished during covid! Hotel is strategically & conveniently located in the middle of Shuanglang ancient city with shops, food, massage, salon right outside the hotel. Rooms had awesome sea views and were beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Had dyson hairdryer, hair straightener and even facial masks! Special shout out to our butler 小星 for his warm hospitality and top notch service, always checking in on us and even delivering warm milk and fruits to our room. Spoilt us totally! Breakfast was a hearty and wholesome tray of goodness and we also enjoyed the complimentary coffee, mini-bar and warm dessert provided to us throughout our short stay here. We couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday at Shuanglang!

Location of the hotel is strategically located within the old town. Very beautiful sea view with excellent services. Very impressive with 小许 and the rest of services from the crew. They started to engage and check on our arrival time upon hotel booking just to ensure that we are not lost and guided throughout.
I would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful stay! We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Although i recommend booking 2nd floor room for a better view. Walking distance to shuanglang village and it was very pretty?!

The view of this hotel is fantastic. Its backyard is Er Hai. It is a perfect place of photographing. The people who work at this hotel are very friendly. The service provided is surpassing. The butler Xiao Gang is awesome. He picked us up at the parking lot to help us for our luggage. The afternoon tea is great. We love the drink and desserts. The room is modern and comfortable. The view of my room is fantastic. It faces Er hai.

Hotel is located in Shuanglang Ancient city, hotel will send someone to pick up your luggages while you have to walk in, a short 5 mins walk.
I have to commend 阿涛for his impeccable service, communicating to us via WeChat before our arrival, delivering afternoon snacks to us in the middle of the night when we return to our hotel.
The hotel also provided free upgrades of room!
Would recommend this place!
