The hotel is in a great location, the room is very clean, which I like, the scenery outside the window is very beautiful, and you can watch the sunrise and the beautiful scenery of Cangshan and Erhai Lake on the top floor of the hotel. The boss is very enthusiastic. I left the hotel early and the boss always sent me to the car. I will come again next time.

It was already past nine in the evening when I arrived at this hotel by the Erhai Lake. The beautiful and handsome front desk lady and man were waiting for me in the parking lot early, which made me feel the warm service beyond my expectations. On the way from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, the staff kept talking to me softly, asking if the trip was smooth, and briefly introduced the basic facilities of the hotel. I came out with two dogs, one large and one small. The hotel reminded me of some precautions for bringing pets to stay, and the check-in procedures were also very efficient. The most impressive thing is that every smile and gesture of the staff revealed sincerity, which instantly warmed up the tired journey. This kind of empathetic service attitude far exceeded my expectations of hotel services. Because the hotel helped me upgrade the room type for free, I woke up after sunrise the next day and found that the view was super good, with a 270-degree view. In the morning, I could not only see the sunrise of Erhai Lake but also the dusk snow of Cangshan Mountain. The facilities in the room were also very complete. In general, I was very satisfied with the living experience this time, and I will continue to choose Yunzhilan next time.
