I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very welcoming and helped me with any questions I had, regardless of the language barrier. There was never any issue with cleanliness, water, or laundry. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance :)

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back! The owner is really kind and helpful. Location is perfect with lots of good restaurants by the university. Definitely rent a scooter and explore all the villages by the lake! The kind owner lady will help you with everything

I can give this hotel five stars. The first one is because of its clean environment. The second one is because of its good service attitude, politeness and thoughtful arrangement. The third one is because the room is clean and there is no odor in the air. The fourth one is because the location is very good. You can see Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake and sunrise from the small balcony on the third floor, which is very good. The fifth one is because the boss lady is very helpful and available at any time. The room also has an electric blanket, which is very comfortable.
