The B&B is a room in the owner's own villa. The location is very good. It is at the foot of Cangshan Mountain and next to Chongsheng Temple. The layout is also beautiful. Parking is available at the entrance of the villa.
The receptionist is warm and talkative, and has a very good attitude. The room has all the necessary facilities, and it is equipped with a humidifier.
After all, it is a homestay, and the decoration ideas are still different from hotels, so they cannot be compared together. For example, the curtains cannot completely block the light. At night, when there are cars passing by on the road at the door, the street lights will flicker, which is very scary, and the sound insulation is limited.
The breakfast is rice noodles made by my brother himself, there is nothing else, it is not recommended to choose this if you have requirements for breakfast.

本次旅行住的第一家店，店離雲上草原特別近，帶娃的首選，但是自駕會更方便一些，離大理古城不遠，兩位老闆特別豁達，像家長一樣對待旅店的客人。特別提醒，早餐特別棒，店家很用心的準備早餐，小米粥像家裡熬的，喝了暖暖的，米線也好吃。本次旅行住了好幾家店，但這家早餐是最不糊弄的。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

優點：離古城近打車方便；小屋衞生做得不錯，很乾凈；房間環境很好，還有個小陽台，屋外景色美；早餐很温馨，有現煮的米線和粥、煎蛋、煎餅等；阿姨人不錯，熱情；
希望能改進的地方：服務相對來説不如酒店那麼專業化

如果你自駕，帶娃，喜歡鬧中取靜，喜歡慢節奏，有較高的出行要求和住宿態度。我真的非常推薦這家民宿。三亞文華東方，麗思卡爾頓，艾迪遜這些我都住過，因為有娃，所以平時出去玩對衞生有要求，並且對服務有要求。住這家我確實滿意。
衞生乾淨，馬桶，浴缸，櫃子，地毯牆壁，我都檢查過，沒有污垢。（我為什麼檢查牆壁，因為之前在三亞喜來登房間內牆壁上發現過鼻屎）
服務滿意，有兩個阿姨，一個常住樓下，隨時有需要都找得到人，另外一個阿姨白天過來跟這個阿姨一起給我們做早餐。我真的非常滿意服務，因為我愛人跟我講，她跟阿姨説話的時候，阿姨會認真看着她的眼睛聽她在講什麼，我覺得特別尊重人，就是那種你的每一個需求別人都重視的感覺。老闆也很熱情，老闆給我一種鄰居好老哥的感覺，就是你不會感到任何的不舒服，不管是談話還是接觸，讓人很放鬆，很輕鬆，不過他不常在店裡，要麼出去釣魚要麼出去打高爾夫了。但是有需求一個微信電話，隨時聯繫得到。
關於餐飲：早餐豐富的，吐司，饅頭，粥，米線，紅薯等等，我們帶小孩，所以特別滿意，都是小孩子可以吃的。
關於位置：我們是自駕來的，這個位置真的很棒，在滄海雲上農場這裏，走路也就5分鐘的樣子。去古城和三月街開車6分鐘，去洱海s灣開車十幾分鍾，我真的很滿意。就算沒有開車，打車也很方便。
整體來講，我很滿意，我覺得比那些才村，古城的民宿都要強。才村晚上黑燈瞎火的，古城晚上很吵的睡不了覺，住這個民宿讓我又能睡好覺，又能想去海邊或者想去古城隨時都去。因為都很近。

老闆自己的別墅，收拾的很乾凈，床也睡着舒服，麗江沒休息好，在這美美的睡了一晚上。阿姨做的早飯超級好吃，娃們很喜歡名叫樂樂的小狗。環境沒得説，在高爾夫球場裏面，晚上很安靜。別墅旁邊直接上去就是草原，風景很美。老闆老闆娘人好好👍順路帶我們下山去景點。這次的住宿給大理之行很加分。

設施：保養維護的不錯，都算比較新。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，裏裡外外都是家的感覺。
環境：獨棟別墅，三層設計，後院也很漂亮舒服。
服務：準時接站送站，老闆兩夫妻主打一個真誠、熱情、無套路。
早餐都是阿姨小鍋煮的，真的有鍋氣，很乾凈，很好吃。一個有潔癖的人很推薦這家給大家做選擇！！！

l熱情好客的老闆，安靜舒適的環境，還有一衹史努比狗狗（七七），早餐很豐盛，阿姨做的米線比外面的還好吃，後面還有一個大草原，從民宿後面上去才幾步路，孩子特別的喜歡，叫都叫不回來，玩的不亦樂乎。下次來大理還來他家住。😄

風景蠻好的，房間也比較漂亮。
需要注意的是：
1.樓梯是步梯，而且晚上沒有感應燈，感覺比較危險。
2.早上可能會被吵醒（除草或者裝修的聲音很大，八點左右）
3.外賣需要自己拿，三樓爬上爬下還是很累的
4.接站或送站衹有一次，不能既接站又送站
5.早餐樣式比較少：雞蛋紅薯米線以及涼拌黃瓜
總之硬件不錯，但步梯確實是個問題，出行以及拿外賣都非常不方便，可能有噪音問題，服務幾乎沒有。推薦在乎風景不太在意服務的朋友入住。如果想要比較舒適的入住體驗還是推薦住酒店。
以及不太推薦女生入住，我自己覺得老闆講話很爹味
