客棧的位置非常好，走幾步就能看見洱海，而且地處洱海南面，左面是高聳入雲的蒼山，是觀海的最好地段，景色美不勝收。 客棧老闆娘人很實在，原本預訂了兩個晚上，被洱海的美景和淳樸的民風吸引，接連住了一個多星期，流連忘返。 客棧的餐廳大姐人好做飯的手藝也很好，每天早晨的早餐是現做的米線，吃了很多天都吃不夠，還有用多種食材打製的豆漿，感覺吃了早餐可以頂一天的能量。 下次還想再來。
