Ok with everything except the cleaners forget to fill up the shower gel that when I already starting to take shower and every day need us to request extra towels and stuffs as we stay with 3 people room.

The service is very good, with all people very efficient and kind. good problem solving skills from the reception. The room is quite clean, but could be improved,especially the rug cleaning. We got a room which was very smelly of cigarette, and has been changed and upgraded to a better one. The breakfast is terrible, don't buy it. Western options are just a shame, and there is no coffee. I just ordered starbucks, and got a little reimbursement for the breakfast included on my booking.

The room is clean and tidy with no odor. The environment is very good. I will stay here again next time. It is also close to the beach. It is just a short walk away.

Cleanliness is a standard for business trips, so I chose Vienna. It is close to Erhai Lake and convenient. The room is a little small for the same price. It is a pity, but it is enough for one person.
